Ascension  Day (Christi Himmelfahrt)
This is a public holiday in Germany to mark Jesus' ascension to heaven.  Ascension Day is also celebrated as Father's Day, when men traditionally go out on day drips or pub crawls.  It is traditional to have a spit roast which is served with bread and salad.

Seville Fair
The fair generally begins two weeks after Easter and lasts for six days. The fairground is covered with individual decorated marquee tents. There is lots of dancing and eating fried fish and sherry.
