Ingredients

Ingredients for the dough:
250g margarine
250g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
4 eggs
250g flour
1 packet baking powder
150g chocolate shavings
1/8 litre Gluhwein

Ingredients for the icing:
200g icing sugar
8 tsp Gluhwein

 


Equipment

Left to right
Baking tray with baking paper
Little bowl with brush
Bigger bowl
Spatula
Scale
Electric Mixer

 


Instructions
Step 1
  

Put margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs in a bowl.
 
Mix.


Step 2
  

Preheat the oven to 180 (fan oven 160).

Put baking paper on the baking tray.


Step 3
  

Riddle flour and baking powder to the dough.
Put chocolate over it.
Pour Gluhwein over the dough.
Mix everything.

  

 Smooth out the dough on the baking tray.


Step 4
  

 Bake the dough for 20 minutes.


Step 5
  

 Stir 200g icing sugar and 8tsp Gluhwein for the icing.


Step 6
  

Spread the icing on the cake and let it dry for one hour.

Enjoy the cake!
