Ingredients
 

500g of Flour 

 

80g of Sugar 

 80g of Butter  1 packet of Dried Yeast
 Pinch of Salt 125ml of Milk
2 Eggs1 Spoonful of Rum
1 packet of Vanilla Sugar1 jar of Jam
200g of Icing Sugar


Equipment

 

Chopping Board 

 

Tea Spoon 

  1 little bowl    1 bigger bowl
  Sieve   Measuring Jug
Electric Mixer Cream Syringe
Rolling Pin


Instructions

Step 1

Put flour in a bowl   

Add Salt

Add Sugar

Add Vanilla Sugar

Add Dried Yeast

Add eggs

Add soft butter

Add Rum


Step 2
Pour warm milk into a measuring jug.
Start mixing the ingredients whilst adding the milk.

Step 3

Mix everything together thoroughly.


Step 4

Cover the dough with a tea towel and place it in a warm area for at least one hour.


Step 5
  Heat cooking oil until it is boiling.

Step 6
Knead dough again thoroughly.

Step 7
    Roll out dough with a rolling pin (about 1.5cm thick).

Step 8
Cut out round pieces with a glass.
Put on a chopping board and cover the pieces with a kitchen towel.

Step 9
Put the pieces into boiling cooking oil (be careful) and fry them until they are brown.
    Remove the Krapfen with the skimmer and put them on kitchen tissues.

Step 10
Fill the cream syringe with jam.

Fill Krapfen with jam.

Step 11
Sieve icing sugar into a bowl.

Sieve icing sugar over the Krapfen.
