Ingredients

 

 1 kg hake

 

Slices of Ham

 

Slices of Cheese

 

Minced Seafood

 

Fish or Seafood Stock

 

Flour

 

1 Egg

 

O il


Equipment

 

Knife 

 

Saucepan

 

 Wooden Spoon

 

Serving Dish

 

Ladle

 

 


Instructions

Divide the hake into fillets roughly the same size.
Stuff with ham, cheese and minced seafood.
Coat in flour and egg before frying for a couple of minutes.
Place in a dish, cover with stock and cook in the oven for 10 minutes.

In a pan, gently heat the oli and add 2 spoonfuls of flour.  Gradually add to the stock until it thickens.

Season, add a little butter and leave to cook a few more minutes.
Serve in a dish, covered with the stock and garnished seafood.
