(Pork Chunks in red wine and coriander seeds)

In a bowl put in 200ml of red wine, salt, coriander seeds, black pepper and 1 stick of cinnamon.

Mix together and leave to marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight if possible.

Lift the meat out and put it in a colander.
Save the marinade for later.

Heat some oil in a heavy based pot.
|
|
Fry the meat a few bits at a time until the meat is crisp and brown.
Add more oil if necessary.

Wipe away any oil which is left in the pan.
Put the browned meat back in the pan.
Pour over the marinade.
Add enough cold water to just cover the meat.
Put a lid on the pot and cook gently for 30 minutes until the meat is tender.

Serve with some bread, yogurt and rice or potatoes.
