Ingredients

 

1 kilo and 500 grams of meat (Pork or beef)

 

1 clove of Garlic

  3 spoonfuls of butter    Water
  Salt   White Wine
  One stick of Cinnamon

 Colander

 

Knife

Fork   Dish


Instructions

Step 1
  

Heat the oven to 200c. 


Step 2
  

Put the meat in a colander and wash with cold water.  


Step 3
  

Pierce the meat in various points on both sides.  


Step 4
  

Cut the garlic into small pieces. 


Step 5
  

Put the garlic in the holes you have made in the meat.
Add the stick of cinnamon.  


Step 6
  

Spread butter onto the meat. 

  

Add salt.


Step 7
  

Fry the meat on both sides.
Add a cup of white wine and cover the meat with some water.


Step 8
  

Put the meat in the oven and cook for an hour and a half
