| Heat the oven to 200c. |
| Put the meat in a colander and wash with cold water. |
| Pierce the meat in various points on both sides. |
| Cut the garlic into small pieces. |
| Put the garlic in the holes you have made in the meat. Add the stick of cinnamon. |
| Spread butter onto the meat. |
| Add salt. |
| Fry the meat on both sides. Add a cup of white wine and cover the meat with some water. |
| | Put the meat in the oven and cook for an hour and a half |
