InstructionsStep 1 Heath the oven to 220cStep 2 Crack open an egg into a jug. Put 100g of Plain Flour into a Mixing Bowl.Pour the egg into the flour a little bit at a time.Mix together with a wisk until it is smooth. Slowly add 300ml of milk and keep whisking until the flour and milk are mixed together.The batter is now ready and should be smooth with no lumps!Step 3 Put two packs of sausages into a roasting tin.Put in the oven for 20 minutes. Take out the sausages.Pour over the batter.Put back in the oven. Bake for 40 minutes until the batter is risen and crisp. Step 4 Peel 2 onions. Chop into small pieces. Put in a frying pan and fry for 20 minutes - stirring often. Add for heaped teaspoons of gravy granules to the onions.Slowly add half a pint of boiling water stirring all the time. Step 5 Serve with potato and vegetables
