Ingredients

 

1/2 kg Walnuts

 

1/2 kg Hazelnuts

 

Anisette

 

Sugar

 

1 glass of white wine

 

 100g Butter

 

Flour

 

Baking Powder

Sunflower Oil 1/2 glass of water
1/2 glass m i lk Lemon
S alt

Nut Cracker

 

Mixing Bowl

 

Rolling Pin

 

Frying Pan

 

Kitchen Roll

 

 



Instructions

Step 1

 Crack and grind the nuts.


Step 2

 

 Mix with the anisette, sugar and wine.


Step 3

 

 Prepare the dough with the butter, flour, baking powder, oil, water, salt and lemon.


Step 4

 

 Knead the dough then let it rest in a cool place for an hour.


Step 5

 

 Roll out the pastry thinly.  Cut and fill with the nut mixture. Seal.


Step 6

 

 Fry in plenty of oil until golden.  Drain on kitchen roll.


Step 7

 Coat in sugar and serve warm or cold.
