Ingredients

1 cup of rice
|

Cinnamon
|
|

|
4 cups of milk
|
|
250g of sugar
|
|
Peel of 1 lemon
|
|
|
Equipment
Instructions
Boil the rice in a pan.
|
Add the hot milk and lemon peel.
|
Cook for 25 minutes, stirring regularly.
|
Add the sugar.
|
Take out the lemon peel.
|
Pour into a serving dish.
|
Refrigerate.
|
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
|
Serve.
