Ingredients

 

1 cup of rice 

 

Cinnamon

 

4 cups of milk

  

250g of sugar

Peel of 1 lemon

Equipment

 

Pan 

 

Spoon

Instructions

Boil the rice in a pan.
Add the hot milk and lemon peel.
Cook for 25 minutes, stirring regularly.
Add the sugar.
Take out the lemon peel.
Pour into a serving dish.
Refrigerate.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Serve.
