Step 1
Fry the sliced smoked ham in a frying pan.
Cut the white cabbage in half.
Then use the grater to grate the cabbage. Put the grated cabbage into a large bowl.
Pour the vinegar and oil into a saucepan.
Then add the sugar, salt and caraway to the saucepan.
Stir everything together.
Pour over the grated cabbage.
Peel and slice an onion into small pieces.
Add the roasted ham and mix it all together. Enjoy!
