 Oil

 

  Salt

 

 Courgette

 

 Onion

 Tomatoes

Chopping board 

 

Frying pan 

 

Spatula 

 

Knife 



Step 1

 

 Peel and chop the potatoes.


Step 2

 

 Chop the vegetables.


Step 3

 

 Heat the oil and fry the potatoes for a few minutes.


Step 4

 

 Add the other vegetables.


Step 5

 

 Add a pinch of salt and continue frying until the potatoes and vegetables are cooked.


Step 6

 

 Serve with bread.
