Ingredients


 

180ml Natural Yoghurt

 

2 Cloves of Garlic

1 large lemon 2 small cucumbers
1 tablespoon of leafed parsley 1 tablespoon of olive oil



Equipment

 

Chopping Board

 

Knife

Bowl whisk



Instructions

Step 1

 

Pour the yoghurt into a small bowl and add the crushed garlic.


Step 2

Cut up 2 cucumbers into small pieces.


Step 3

 

 Squeeze the juice out of 1 lemon.


Step 4

 

 Cut up the parsley into small pieces.


Step 5

Put all of the above ingredients in a bowl and mix together.


Step 6

Finally add 1 of olive oil and mix again


Step 7

 

Enjoy your Tzatziki!
