Enjoying "Fabada" - a traditional stew made from large white beans, chorizo, black pudding and saffrom.

 


 

Other food we tasted included:

Chorizo a la sidra - chorizo in cider

Empanada - shallow covered pie with a thick crust and various fillings such as tuna, minced meat or sardines

Croquetas de Jamon - Ham croquettes made from Serrano ham

Calamares - Breaded squid strips

Tortilla de patatas - Potato omelette.
